23:32.1.1-39.1

There were also others, two criminals, led with him to be put to death.

When they came to the place that is called “The Skull”, they crucified him there with the criminals, one on the right and the other on the left.

Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.”

Dividing his garments among them, they cast lots. The people stood watching.

The rulers with them also scoffed at him, saying, “He saved others. Let him save himself, if this is the Christ of God, his chosen one!”

An inscription was also written over him in letters of Greek, Latin, and Hebrew:

“THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.”

7:12.1-17.1

One of the elders answered, saying to me, “These who are arrayed in the white robes, who are they, and where did they come from?” I told him, “My lord, you know.”

He said to me, “These are those who came out of the great suffering.

They washed their robes, and made them white in the Lamb’s blood.

Therefore they are before the throne of God,

they serve him day and night in his temple. He who sits on the throne will spread his tabernacle over them.

They will never be hungry or thirsty any more. The sun won’t beat on them, nor any heat;

for the Lamb who is in the middle of the throne shepherds them
